    Perfect Stay with Really good Service!

    Tommy's warm welcome and help navigating the busy lobby stood out. Dining at the Genji restaurant provided an exquisite culinary experience. For convenience, stock up on snacks from the nearby shops. Don't miss the aromatic curry shop across the street!

    The staff were excellent. Everyone spoke english well.

    Very expensive for a vacation. More in the price range for business executives. Not good if you want a genuine Japanese experience.

    Good pool, parking by hotel. A safe box, multi-channel television, and a fridge in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Location not far from central station and major shopping centres, and restaurants/bars for eating out options.

    I really loved the spacious room with its beautiful Asian decor and a fine walk-in shower 🛁 The only downside was the slow wifi at times, but overall, an enjoyable stay!

    The location is marvellous, 1 mile from a 17th - century castle. It is nestled in a shopping area next to main attractions and science museums and Sakae, Nagoya station and Osu Kannon...

    I had an amazing stay! The breakfast was a delightful spread, and the gym was the best I’ve ever seen. The hot tub needed some cleanliness, but everything else was top-notch.

    Extremely professional and attentive staffs. Good English by Japanese standard. Very helpful in providing traveling advices. Always smiles! Good facilities of gym and executive lounge.

    Executive room provides little difference with ordinary ones. Twin bed too narrow and soft. There is no alternative choice of mattress.

    My family stayed 3 nights and everything was so good. The spacious room, perfect for 4, came with a cot for our toddler. Breakfast was fantastic with a variety of japanese and european options, and the staff were friendly.

    A spacious Beautiful Family Room, providing ample space for our family of four plus a cot at no extra cost. The breakfast buffet was a delight, with diverse options and friendly staff, especially towards our toddler. Conveniently located near various convenience stores and restaurants, we found it easy to explore the area. The Wi-Fi was slow at times, and some bathroom amenities could be improved.
